JAW COOPER GENESIS COLLECTION

The best of her drawings and paintings from Familiars, Flora and Fauna and Viscera are compiled in this volume, titled The J.A.W. Cooper Genesis Collection. There are tattooed women, smug animals, grotesque figures, sensuous paintings and anything else that came out of Cooper's twisted mind. (They are mostly naked, of course.) Drawing on themes of the occult, the artist explores animals as allegories for the human condition, a physical projection of that which is clandestine.
